Introduction

Dear members, dear friends,

On the 17th of November, we organised theEBCP examination for this year. There were six candidates. At our member-area, you can also find the report of the last EBCP-meeting in Geneva (september 2007).

On the 29th of November, the first meeting of a database committee has been organised in Antwerp. You will be able to retrieve the report at our member area.
If you still want to join the database committee, please contact us. We will also contact every center to inform if they volunteer to join us for this project.

On the educative evening of the 5th of December, Geert Vanvaerenberg will present some information about his visit at the symposuim 'Best practices in Perfusion' in Canada in October of this year. Amsect and the International Consortium for Evidence-Based Perfusion want to work together with different perfusion associations in order to create a evidence database in perfusion.

We hope to meet you at the next educative evening on the 5th of December.
